The
Special Needs In Bellingen Shire (SNIBS)
SNIBS is a service which aims to support and encourage the growth of children with special needs. It aims to help children and their families to feel part of the Bellingen community. SNIBS offers a range of services for children and their families.
Services include:
- visiting you and your child at home, at Family Day Care, or at their child care centre.
- helping families and caregivers to access other services.
- play and therapy groups at Bellingen and Dorrigo.
- Supporting children and families in transitions to Pre school and School.

NEIGHBOUR AID
If you are frail aged, or have a disability, or are a carer, we can help you get out and about - meeting folk and having a bit of fun. We provide many day-trips each month, and a in-home neighbourly visiting program - supported by a team of screened and trained volunteers... give us a call!

ACTION SUPPORT
Through dedicated and caring staff Action Support strives to support people with disabilities and their families. People with low to high support needs and their primary carers can access services which provide respite through recreational activities or just time out to rest. The wide variety of services and activities offered are designed to increase the access and participation of service users in the community, thereby enriching society at large.
